Perfect Event Management

We are Perfect Event Management, and you can find us at Shop No 58 in the Bhosale Shinde Arcade. This is right in the Deccan Gymkhana area of Shivaji Nagar. It’s a pretty central spot, which is handy for us. Our shop is where we do all the planning and the phone calls. It’s not a very large space, so it gets a bit cluttered with papers and samples sometimes. We’ve been in Shivaji Nagar for a few years and we really like the vibe of the arcade. People are always walking past and popping their heads in. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular shop where we keep our files and meet with people to talk about their events. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a bit of a madhouse when we have a big project coming up. We handle everything from here. The Bhosale Shinde Arcade has its own character, and we fit right in. We don't use any fancy management software or big words to describe what we do. We just make lists and try to make sure everything arrives on time. Being at Deccan Gymkhana means we’re close to a lot of other businesses, which helps. We just keep things real and work hard every day at Shop 58. It’s a simple life running an event business in such a busy part of Pune.
