Parsdise Food Products

Our place, Parsdise Food Products, sits at Khondhwa 22/A. It’s more of a production space than anything else, so there is always a lot of movement. From the moment we open the doors in the morning, the smell of whatever we’re making starts to fill the air. It’s a busy environment. We have sacks of ingredients arriving and finished products being packed up for delivery. The address at Khondhwa 22/A is easy enough to find if you know the area, though it’s tucked away a bit. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything. Most of our work happens in the back where the ovens and mixers are. It’s hot and loud, but that’s just how food production goes. The staff is mostly local, and we’ve all grown used to the pace of the work. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine acts up or a delivery is late, and we just have to fix it and keep going. We don’t spend much time on the "about us" side of things because we’re too busy actually doing the work. People in the neighborhood know us by the smell of the baking or the sound of the crates moving around. It’s a simple business. We make things, we pack them, and we send them out. That’s been the routine for as long as we’ve been here at Khondhwa 22/A. We’re just honest people trying to make a living.
