P V Sons Com Milling Co Pvt Ltd is based out of Shirur, specifically near 13th Cross in the 2nd Stage. We are a milling operation, so the place is usually pretty noisy with the sound of machinery. It’s an industrial kind of job, and we’ve been at it for quite a few years now. The office is right there on-site because we need to see what’s happening on the floor. We deal with various grains and commodities, processing things as they come in. It’s dusty work and can get quite hot in the summer, but that’s just how the milling business goes. Our staff consists of local folks from around the Shirur area who know their way around the equipment. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep the mill running smoothly every day. There’s a lot of coordination involved with getting trucks in and out of the yard. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the loads and making sure the machines are maintained properly. It’s a practical business without any frills. If you come by, you’ll see people in work clothes just getting on with their shifts. We don't have a fancy reception area. It’s a place of work, plain and simple. We take pride in just doing a solid day of labor and sending out the products as promised.
