You can find us at 343 on the Main Road, right across from the Datta Digambar Super Market on Sinhagad Road. Specifically, we are at the 4th Nain, 4th Cross. It is a bit of a specific location to describe, but once you see the supermarket, you are basically there. Our space is filled with cables, cameras, and several computer screens that stay on late into the night. We aren't a big movie studio with a gate and security. It is just a workspace where we put stories together. The walls are covered with foam for sound, and it can get a bit stuffy in there when all the equipment is running at once. Sinhagad Road is always full of life and noise, but we have to keep our room quiet for the editing. We often lose track of time when we are working on a sequence. There are usually half-empty coffee mugs sitting around and notes scribbled on the backs of old scripts. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. We just sit around in our comfortable clothes and try to make the footage look right. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at screens, followed by some busy hours of moving gear around. The neighborhood is handy because we can always step out to the supermarket if we run out of snacks during a long session. We just lock the door and walk across the street. It is a simple life of making films and staying focused on the screen.
