Noor Flower Decorators

If you walk around Koregaon Park, you might have seen us working with flowers early in the morning. Being a flower decorator means your day starts way before most people are even awake. We get the shipments in and have to go through everything to see what looks good and what doesn't. Flowers are pretty, sure, but they are also a lot of work and very messy. There are leaves and thorns and wet buckets everywhere in our shop. We’ve been in Koregaon Park for a long time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We mostly just focus on getting the arrangements ready for whatever event is on the schedule. Sometimes it’s a small thing for a house, and other times it’s a whole lot of flowers for a big hall. We don’t really have a big sales pitch or anything. We just do the work and try to make sure the flowers stay fresh for as long as possible. It is a bit of a race against time, especially when it is hot outside. You learn a lot about what types of plants can handle the heat and which ones will wilt the second they leave the water. It’s just us here, doing what we know how to do, day after day. It keeps us on our toes, that is for sure.
