Noor Caterers

We are based at 37/A on Aundh Road, not too far from the Patil Complex and Ambedkar Chowk. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. Our workspace is tucked away, but the smell of the spices usually gives away where we are. We have been working out of this same building for many years now. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have so many large pots and cooling racks everywhere. We don't have any shiny brochures or a professional spokesperson to talk for us. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us busy with the prep work or cleaning up after a big job. The kitchen gets incredibly hot, so we usually have a couple of large fans running all day long. We buy our ingredients from the local vendors nearby, and they know us well by now. It’s a lot of manual labor, and we often work through the night when we have a big order to finish. We don’t bother with fancy uniforms; we just wear whatever is practical for working in a hot kitchen. The floors are a bit worn down from all the walking back and forth, but that’s just how it is. We like being in Aundh because it’s a lively neighborhood. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep everything running as smoothly as we can.
