You can find us over at A 1/1 Range Hills, which is right opposite the Kendriya Vidyalay in the Khadaki area. It’s a nice enough spot, though it gets very loud and busy when the school bell rings and all the kids head home. We have a good amount of space here, but it’s mostly filled with our cooking gear and big stacks of stainless steel plates. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls or a corporate office setup. It’s just a practical workspace where we can get the job done without any fuss. Usually, we start our work very early in the morning before most people are even awake. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved in this business, from moving gas cylinders to carrying large crates of fruit. We don’t have a website or do any big advertising. Most people in Khadaki just know our name because we’ve been here so long. The kitchen always smells like whatever we are cooking that day, and the sound of the pots clanking is constant. We take our breaks on a few plastic chairs we keep in the corner. It’s a very hands-on job and we don’t mind getting our hands dirty. We just try to stay organized and keep our heads down so we can finish everything on time. It’s a simple operation, run by people who aren't afraid of a little hard work every single day.
