Nikita Associates

Nikita Associates is on the third floor of Sneh Centre. If you know Fergusson College Road in Shivaji Nagar, we are right across from Hotel Lalit Mahal. It’s a busy area with lots of students and shops around. We’ve been in this building for a while. It’s not a fancy glass office, just a regular room with some desks and chairs. We do our work there every day. Most of us take the stairs because the lift can be slow sometimes. We handle various bits of paperwork and coordination from this spot. It’s a small team. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, the person who picks up the phone is the one doing the work. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in, though we are often buried in files. Shivaji Nagar is a good place to be because everything is close by. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do our tasks properly so people don’t have complaints. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish. It’s just how it is. We eat our lunch together and talk about regular stuff. It’s a pretty normal workplace. We don’t use corporate jargon here. We just talk like regular people. We keep a fan going because it gets warm in the afternoons, and we just keep pushing through until the list is done for the day.
