We operate the Annapurna Flour Mill. Our business is based in Wagholi, specifically at Ivy Botanica. Sangeeta Sharma is the one who looks after things here. We are located in Haveli, Pune, postcode 412207, at G712, SH A1/2. Running a flour mill is a noisy and dusty job, but someone has to do it. We spend our days grinding grain and packing it into bags. It’s a very hands-on process. We aren't a big industrial complex. It’s more of a community-focused venture where we handle flour for local needs. The Ivy Botanica area is growing fast, so we see a lot of new faces. We try to keep our machines in good shape, though they need constant oiling and maintenance. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting heavy sacks and moving them to the delivery van. Sometimes the electricity in Wagholi is a bit unreliable, so we have to plan our grinding around the power cuts. We don't use any fancy talk or corporate slogans. We just tell people what we have and get the job done. It’s a practical business run by regular people who live nearby. We sit in a small office corner to do the billing. Most of our day is spent on the mill floor rather than behind a desk. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. That is basically our daily life.
