You can find Modern Foods over at 17-20-15 on Rashtrapati Road in Shivaji Nagar. This area is usually packed with people and traffic, so there is never a dull moment around here. We deal with food products, mostly handling the distribution and sales side of things. Our space is filled with crates and containers, and we try our best to keep everything organized, though it can get a bit chaotic during the busy hours. We aren't a huge corporation; we’re just a local team working out of this building. The walls have some scuffs and the floor is well-worn, but it shows the work we do. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and making sure we have enough stock for the local shops that buy from us. Shivaji Nagar is a fast-paced place, and we have to keep up with that. Sometimes we are here late into the evening getting things ready for the next morning. We don't have any polished sales pitches or a fancy office setup. It’s just a lot of physical work and keeping track of the inventory. We have been on Rashtrapati Road for a while now, so we know the rhythm of the street. It’s dusty and loud outside, but inside we just focus on getting the food items where they need to go. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living and we’ve gotten pretty good at the daily grind.
