Minus18 Foods Private Limited

Our place is out in the Jamb area of Mawal, which is a bit of a drive from the main part of Pune. We operate out of a rowhouse in Anantsrishti, specifically C-02. It feels more like a home than a big industrial plant, which suits us just fine. Minus18 Foods is basically us working through the daily chores of food processing and packing. The air is a bit clearer out here near Gat No 387 and 404 compared to the city. We have a small team, and we usually start early before it gets too hot. Most of the neighbors in the rowhouse complex are used to seeing us by now. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just handle the orders as they come and try to keep everything organized on the shelves. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow deliveries because we’re a bit tucked away, but we manage. The workspace is simple, with enough room for our equipment and a few desks. We don't really do big advertising; people usually hear about us through word of mouth or see the address on the labels. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or whatever is happening in Jambhul. It’s a decent life, working with food in a quiet spot like this. We just keep our heads down, do the job, and hope for the best at the end of the month.
