Our office is tucked away in the Ex-Service Men Colony over on Paud Road. If you know the Kothrud area in Pune, you know it can get pretty crowded, but this little spot is relatively quiet. We call the place Media because that is exactly what we handle day in and day out. It is a small operation run out of building 41. We spend most of our time dealing with different types of communication and local projects. Sometimes we are out on the road and other times we are just sitting at the desks trying to figure out the next step. There are no big corporate meetings or anything like that here. It is just a few of us working together. The colony has a nice feel to it, very residential and lived-in. We have been in this part of Pune for a bit now and we like the pace. You might miss the entrance if you are driving too fast down Paud Road. We don't have any shiny signs or anything. It's just a regular workspace where things get done. We don't really have a grand philosophy. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. If there is a deadline, we stay late. That is just how it goes in this business. It's a lot of coordination and making sure things land where they are supposed to. We hope people find the work useful and it helps them out.
