Cooking for people is something we have been doing in Kondhwa Khurd for a long time. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we are right in the middle of it. Our kitchen is where most of the action happens. It can get really hot and loud in there, especially when we are preparing for a big event. We handle all sorts of catering jobs, from small family dinners to much larger gatherings where we have to feed hundreds of people. It takes a lot of planning to make sure we have enough ingredients and that everything is ready at the right time. We don't really have a polished way of talking about what we do. We just cook the food and make sure it tastes like it should. Sometimes we are up late prepping for the next day, and other times we are out at a venue making sure the serving goes smoothly. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and lifting heavy pots, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been around Kondhwa Khurd long enough that people recognize our vans when we are driving around. It’s just a regular local business, run by people who know their way around a kitchen. We don't use any fancy tricks, just honest cooking and making sure people leave the table with a full stomach.
