Mangal Art Steel Furniture

Mangal Art Steel Furniture is located in Bibwewadi at A/6. It is a humble space where we spend our days working with metal and tools. The sound of hammering and cutting is pretty much constant from the time we open until we shut the doors in the evening. We don’t have a big showroom with lights and carpets, just the workshop where the actual work happens. You can see the sparks flying and the smell of paint and metal is always in the air. We make a lot of different things like cupboards and frames, so there is always some project sitting half-finished on the floor. Bibwewadi is a good area for us, and being at A/6 makes it easy for folks to drop by and see what we are doing. The space is a bit cluttered with steel rods and sheets, and our clothes usually have a bit of dust on them by lunchtime. We just focus on making things that last. It isn't a fancy business, just a local workshop where we put in the hours every day. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the back when the welding machine is going, but that is part of the job. We have a few regulars who stop by just to chat or check on their orders. We try to keep things honest and just do the work as it comes in. It’s a simple life running a furniture shop in this part of town without any big corporate goals.
