Management Trainee

Our place is located in Dnyneshwari Park, which is on Dighi Road in the Bhosari area of Pune. The name of our setup is Management Trainee, which is a bit unusual, but it’s what we go by. We’re in a part of Pune that is quite industrial and busy. The office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we conduct our daily business. We spend a lot of time teaching and learning the ropes of management. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. You won't find any marble floors or fancy glass partitions here. We have wooden desks that have seen better days and a lot of whiteboards for scribbling ideas. The area around Dighi Road is always active, with lots of trucks and workers moving about. It’s a good environment for learning because you see the real side of how things are run. We usually have lunch together at a local mess nearby because the food is decent and cheap. It’s a simple life here in Bhosari. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big brand name or a polished image. We just want to make sure the people who come here learn something useful. Most days we are just busy with schedules and paperwork. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we don't really mind. It’s just how this part of town is. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us well enough.
