Dhairya Foods

Dhairya Foods is located right on the Main Road in Manglav Peth, very close to Hotel Padam Krishna. If you know that hotel, you won't have any trouble finding us in Khunand Nagar. Being on the main road means it's always loud with horns and people shouting, but that's just part of life here. We are a small food business, and we mostly focus on things people can grab on their way somewhere else. Our kitchen isn't very big, so we have to be very organized to make everything work. We’ve been in Manglav Peth for a while now, and we’ve seen shops come and go. We just try to keep our heads down and do our work. We don't have a website or a marketing person. Most of what we do comes from people just walking in because they smelled something good or saw the sign while stuck in traffic. It is a bit cramped in the shop sometimes, especially when we get a big delivery of flour or oil. We don't use any special tricks. We just cook things the way we were taught at home. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially on the weekends when the main road is packed with people. We just want to make sure the food is fresh and people are satisfied when they leave. That’s about all there is to it for us.
