Malti Mandap Decorators

Our office is over on D P Road, right near Ragdari Chowk in Dhanakawadi. We have been doing the mandap and decoration work for local weddings and functions for quite a while. Our warehouse is full of poles, cloths, and lights. It can be a mess when we are packing for three different events at the same time. We have a crew that goes out and sets everything up. Sometimes we are working through the night to make sure the stage is ready for the morning. It’s hard work, moving all that heavy stuff. Ragdari Chowk is a good location for us because it’s easy to get the trucks in and out. We don't do anything too flashy, just solid work that looks decent for the price. People in Dhanakawadi know us. We’ve done events for many families around here over the years. Sometimes the fabric gets a little dusty from storage, so we have to clean it before it goes out. It is a family business, mostly. We don't have a polished showroom. You just come in, look at some photos of what we’ve done before, and tell us what you need. We figure it out from there. It is a bit loud and busy most days, but we like the energy of it. During the wedding season, we hardly sleep at all. It is one event after another. We have a few big trucks that stay parked near D P Road when they aren't out at a site. Our family has been in Dhanakawadi for two generations and we know the area well. We write everything down in a big calendar on the wall.
