Malhar Foods

Out here in Village Khel Gaon, life moves a little slower. Malhar Foods is our small business in the Rajgurunagar taluka. We are close to Alandi Devachi, which is a place many people visit. We mostly work with the stuff we get from the local farms nearby. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we don’t mind it. The air is fresh and we have enough space to work. Sometimes the roads out to the village get a bit rough during the monsoon, but we still manage to get things out. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make food that tastes like it should. It’s a small team here, just some family and a few neighbors who help out. We spend most of the day in the processing area. It’s not a fancy factory, just a clean place with the tools we need. You can hear the cows from the next field while we work. We sell most of what we make to people in the district. It’s a steady way to live. We’ve had some tough years when the crops weren't great, but we always find a way to keep the doors open. It’s just how things are in the village. We’re proud of what we do here at Malhar Foods. It is a quiet life but we are very content with it.
