M S Pendharkar Chartered Accountant is located in the old part of Pune, in Sadashiv Peth. We are on the second floor of the Saket Building. If you know the Shanipar area, you will find us right above the Chintamani Embroidery Shop. It’s one of those classic Pune neighborhoods where everything is close together. Our office is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a quiet spot once you get inside. We have been here for many years, helping people with their taxes and audits. It’s a small office with a lot of history. You can see it in the old wooden desks and the way the files are stacked up. We don't really use much technology beyond the basics; we prefer the old-fashioned way of double-checking everything. Clients often drop by for a chat and some tea while we go over their papers. It’s a very personal way of doing business. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who know the rules inside out. The view from the window looks out over the busy street, but we stay focused on the numbers. It’s a simple life, and we are happy to be part of the Sadashiv Peth community. Most people find us through word of mouth, which is how we like it. We don't need fancy signs to let people know we are here. It's just a steady, honest workplace.
