Lohiya Rathi & Co. Chartered Accountants

We’re over in Kharadi, specifically at Flat 705 in the Span O Life building. It’s just off Eon IT Park Road, not far from Forest County Society. Most days, we’re just sitting here with heaps of files and spreadsheets. Lohiya Rathi & Co. isn’t some big corporate firm with a glass lobby. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Being a chartered accountant means a lot of checking and re-checking. We deal with audits, taxes, and all that stuff that makes most people’s heads spin. Pune’s IT hub is right next door, so we see many folks from the tech side. Life in the office is pretty routine. We drink a lot of tea while going through receipts. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we find what we need eventually. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We don’t really do fancy talk or sales pitches. People come to us because they need their books sorted, and that’s what we do. The view from the seventh floor is okay, though we’re usually looking at our screens. It’s been our base for quite some time now. We know the local shopkeepers and the residents around here. It feels like a normal part of the community. We just keep our heads down and handle the filing. That’s about it for us.
