G B Rathi Co operates out of the Erande Hostel building in Bhelke Nagar. We are right here in Pune, Maharashtra 411026. As chartered accountants, we spend a lot of our time buried in tax forms and ledgers. Our office isn't in a big business park or a glass tower. It's just a practical space we’ve used for years. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in calculators and heaps of documents. We have a few cupboards for all the records we have to keep. It gets pretty busy around certain times of the year, and the whole place feels a bit chaotic with all the papers. We don’t really care much for decorations or fancy office furniture. The chairs are there to sit on and the tables are for working. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea when we need a break. Most people who come to see us are locals who have been coming for a long time. We don’t have a big marketing plan or a sales team. We just do the work and word gets around. Bhelke Nagar is a busy area but our corner of the hostel stays relatively focused. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the numbers.
