Our office, Bhushan S Chhajed Chartered Accountants, is situated in Koregaon Park. We are on the third floor of the Business Plaza on Koregaon Park Road. It’s a well-known area, especially since we are quite near the Westin Hotel. Even though Koregaon Park can be a very fancy place with lots of cafes and clubs, our office is quite simple and functional. We spend our days dealing with audits, tax returns, and financial planning for a variety of clients. Some are individuals, and some are small businesses from around Pune. The building has a lift, which is nice since we are on the third floor. We have a few rooms where we work, and a small area for meetings. It’s not overly decorated; we prefer to keep things professional and tidy. The team here is small, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't use a lot of complex talk when we explain things to our clients. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit loud, but it’s generally a good place to be. We appreciate the people who trust us with their work, and we try to do a solid job every day. It’s a steady routine that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There is always a lot of work to do, but we enjoy the challenge of getting everything right.
