I am Avinash Chandvankar, a chartered accountant, and you can find me over at Flat No 8 in the Surya Classic building. It’s right opposite Chintamani Hospital, which is a big landmark in Vadgaon Sheri here in Pune. We are in the Mahaveer Nagar area, zip code 411014. The office is actually care of Sheetal Patil, so that’s the name you might see on some of the records. It’s a quiet building for the most part, being a residential complex, which is good for focusing on numbers. The hospital across the road stays busy, so there’s always people moving around outside, but once you get up to Flat No 8, it’s pretty calm. I’ve been working from this spot for a while now. It’s a straightforward setup with a desk, some filing cabinets, and enough room for a couple of chairs. I don't go in for fancy decorations. It’s a practical space for practical work. The neighbors in Surya Classic are mostly families, so you hear the usual sounds of a Pune afternoon. If you’re coming from the main part of Vadgaon Sheri, just look for the hospital and you’ll see our building right there. It’s a convenient spot to get to, and it’s where I spend most of my working hours. Just a regular guy doing his job in a regular Pune neighborhood without any of the fancy corporate stuff you see elsewhere in the city.
