Lotus Eventz

We’ve been based here at Satara Road 303 for a while now. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we keep our files and meet people when they want to talk about an upcoming function. Lotus Eventz started because a few of us liked putting things together for friends, and it just kind of grew from there into a real job. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and driving around to check on venues or talk to catering people. It gets pretty loud in here when we have a big date coming up next week. We don't really do the big corporate speeches; we just try to make sure the lights work and the food shows up on time. Sometimes the weather doesn't help or a supplier is late, but we usually figure it out. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Moving boxes, checking lists twice, and making sure the decorations don't fall down mid-way through. We know the Satara Road area well, so that helps with logistics. People usually just drop by if they see the light on. It isn't always pretty behind the scenes, with all the coffee cups and loose papers everywhere, but it’s how we work. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just reliable enough that people come back to us. It’s just us doing our thing every day.
