Laxmi Mandap Decorators is found at number 111 in Vishrantwadi. We have been based in this neighborhood for many years now. Our workplace is mostly a big storage area where we keep all the things needed for mandap decorations. You will see stacks of wooden poles, bundles of colorful fabric, and boxes of lighting equipment. It is not the kind of place that looks impressive to visitors. It is just a functional space where we get ready for our next job. Most of our days are spent loading things onto trucks or repairing gear that got damaged at the last event. Vishrantwadi is a convenient location for us to reach different parts of Pune. We aren't a large company with a lot of staff. It’s just a handful of us who know how to set up a mandap quickly and safely. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy marketing plan. We just answer the phone when it rings and show up when we are supposed to. Sometimes the work is very tiring, especially during the wedding season when we are busy every single day. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. We just use our experience to make sure the stages are built right. People in the neighborhood know number 111 as the place to go for their decoration needs. It’s a simple, local business run by regular folks.
