Lajjat Pure Veg

We’ve been running Lajjat Pure Veg here in Sadashiv Peth for a while now. The shop is right on Gadgil Street, inside Aarti Chambers. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Perugate Police Chowky. It’s a busy part of Pune, and we try to keep things simple. People come in when they're hungry for a normal vegetarian meal without any fuss. The address is Survey No 889. We open up every day and just get to work. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular spot where you can sit down. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during lunch because of the offices nearby. We just handle the kitchen and the tables. Sadashiv Peth has its own vibe, and we've become part of that over time. The street outside is always moving. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just walk in because they see the sign or they live around here. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on the food and making sure the place is clean enough for everyone. Being near the police chowky makes it easy for people to find us if they are lost. We just keep doing what we do every day. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve seen many changes on Gadgil Street but we stay right here in the same building. It's just us and the food we make. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a good one for the locals.
