Krishna Caterers is situated at Survey Number 66 in Dobarwadi, Ghorpuri. This area has a bit of an industrial and old-school vibe to it. Being in Dobarwadi means we are away from the shiny malls and high-rise offices, which suits us just fine. The space at Sr No 66 is where all the action happens. It’s a sturdy setup that has seen years of hard work. We spend our days dealing with the logistics of food, which is a lot more complicated than it sounds. There is the constant checking of inventory and the early morning trips to the wholesale markets. The Ghorpuri area can get quite dusty and the roads are sometimes a bit rough, but it’s where we feel at home. Our team is just a bunch of local guys who know how to handle big jobs without making a fuss. We don’t have any marketing people or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who just know us from the neighborhood or have seen us working at events. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually roaring with heat by mid-morning. We have a small corner where we keep the accounts and take calls, but mostly we are on our feet. It’s a gritty, real-world business where we worry more about the quality of the lentils than the color of the paint on the office walls.
