Kollage Restaurant

Kollage Restaurant is tucked away at 125/5 Prabhat House on Law College Road. If you know the area, you know it’s a place where people are always coming and going. We started this place because we wanted a spot where folks could just get a decent meal without any of that fancy atmosphere you see in other parts of town. Our kitchen is busy from morning till night, and it can get a bit hectic in there when the crowd picks up. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who care about the food we put on the plates. The tables might be a bit close together and the chairs aren't the newest, but it feels like home to us. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve the people who walk through the door at Prabhat House. Being on Law College Road means we see a lot of students and local workers looking for something quick and filling. We’ve had some good days and some long ones, but that’s the nature of the business. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just have our menu and our location. If you’re walking by, you’ll probably see us inside getting ready for the next rush. It’s just how it is. We try to keep it simple and honest for everyone.
