Our facility is at 5/4 on Nagar Road. It is a big, dusty road with a lot of industrial activity and heavy vehicles passing by. We work with power equipment, which means things are often very heavy and take up a lot of physical space in the building. The place is more of a warehouse than a standard office, though we have a small corner walled off for the desks and computers. You can usually hear the sound of machinery or tools clanging from the back area. We have been at this specific location for many years, and the whole area has grown up around us. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy marketing team. We just know our equipment inside and out. People come to us when they need something sturdy that actually works for their factory or site. We spend our days checking specifications and moving inventory around with the loaders. It is hard work and it is often quite hot, especially during the peak summer months when the metal roof heats up. We do not talk much about corporate visions or values. We just make sure the machines are ready to go when the customer arrives. The floor is made of concrete and there are some oil stains here and there, but that is what you expect in this line of work. We have a small team, and most of us have been here for a long time. It is a steady way to live.
