Kerasi Foods Company is based at Property No. 2/0583 on Nagar Road in Wagholi, which is part of Taluka Haveli. If you’ve ever driven down Nagar Road, you know how the trucks are always lined up and the dust never really settles. Our place is right in the thick of that. It’s a functional building with a big front gate that stays open during the day. We have a lot of space for storage and for the trucks to pull in and out. The floor is concrete and always looks a bit dusty no matter how much we sweep it. We work in the back mostly, where it’s a bit cooler. Wagholi has grown so much lately that there’s always construction going on next door or across the street. The noise is something you just get used to after a week. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a big sign. Most people just know us by the address or the look of the gate. We have a small table where we sit and eat our tiffin during the break. There’s a small tea stall just a few steps away that makes decent ginger tea. We go there when we need a break from the warehouse. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We handle the food items, check the invoices, and make sure the deliveries are ready. It’s a long day, especially with the Haveli heat.
