Out here in Kelwade, things are a bit quieter than in the main city. We are situated at Gate No. 611, which is part of the Taluka Hor area. Saee Foods Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of the countryside. It’s a lot of open air and long roads. Sometimes the power goes out when it rains too hard, but that’s just life in this part of the state. We have a solid crew from the local villages who help us out every single day. Most of the time we are just busy with the daily routine of production and packing things up. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a functional one that fits what we need. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture. The focus is always on the food and making sure everything is handled right. You can usually find us near the main gate if you're passing through Post Kelwade. It’s a landmark for us, really. We’ve seen the seasons change many times from this spot. The morning air is usually fresh, which is a nice perk of being located outside the urban mess. We just take things one day at a time here. It’s honest work, and we like the people we work with. No big corporate layers or fancy titles, just us and the tasks we have to finish before the sun goes down. We often sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice.
