We operate Kautwal Foods Pvt. Ltd. from the first floor of Nank Niwas in Balajinagar, Pune. This is where the Kautwal Group started out. It's a lively area and we’ve become part of the neighborhood over the years. We handle food products, so we spend a lot of time making sure things are clean and organized. The office isn't very large, but it’s where we coordinate everything. Being in Pune means we are around a lot of other businesses, but we just stick to our own work. We don't have a big PR department. Most of our staff have been with us since the beginning. We like the feel of Nank Niwas, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks of running a food company. It’s not always easy, especially when the supply chain gets slow, but we manage. We aren't a massive multinational, just a local company trying to do things right. Balajinagar is a good place for us. We know the local shops and the people around here. If you come by, you might hear the noise of the packaging or the phones ringing. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We just want to get the products out to the people who need them. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we have to stay late into the evening to sort them out.
