Purohit Foods Product

Our place, Purohit Foods Product, is located at Sr. No. 14/3/5 in Sukhsagar Nagar, which is up in the Katraj area. If you come by in the morning, you can usually smell whatever we are making that day from down the street. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a few helpers. We don't have a giant factory with conveyor belts. It is mostly big pots and traditional methods. Katraj is a nice place to work because it’s a bit away from the main city chaos, though Sukhsagar Nagar itself is getting quite crowded these days. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right ingredients because that’s what makes the difference in food. Our space is clean and functional, but it’s definitely a workspace, not a fancy office. We started this because we liked making things the old way. We don't have a big sales team. Most of our customers are locals or shops nearby that have known us for a long time. Sometimes we run out of stock because we only make so much at a time. We think it’s better that way rather than making too much and letting it sit. It gets busy during the festive seasons, and everyone has to pitch in to get the orders out. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the taste is just right. We just keep doing what we know.
