We are based over at C12/24 in Kubera Garden, which is near NIBM. It’s a decent area and our office is tucked away there where we can keep an eye on things without too much distraction. We do security, so a lot of our time is spent talking to our guards and making sure they are at their posts when they should be. It’s a lot of logistical work, honestly. We have to keep track of complicated schedules and make sure everyone has the right uniform and equipment for their shift. It’s not the kind of job where you get to sit still for very long. People often call us up when they have a concern about their property or need someone at the gate. We don’t have a big marketing team or any fancy brochures. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks to fill out. The neighborhood near NIBM has grown a lot lately, so there is always something going on around here. We try to keep our operations simple so that nothing gets missed or forgotten. If a guard doesn't show up or a site needs an extra person at the last minute, we are the ones who have to figure it out fast. It’s just us working hard to keep things quiet and safe for the people who hire us. We’ve been at Kubera Garden for a good bit now. It’s honest work.
