You can find Yash Facilities Services at Office No. 16A, Plot No. 45-A, in the Royal Tower. We are located right above the Andhra Bank in Viman Nagar. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the bank is, so we never have to give complicated directions to anyone. The office is up on one of the higher floors and we have a decent amount of space for our staff. We handle things like cleaning and maintenance for other buildings in the area. It’s the kind of work that people don't notice until it's not done, so we stay pretty busy making sure everything is clean and working right. Viman Nagar is a nice place to work, though it can get pretty expensive. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee because the stuff from the machine downstairs isn't very good. Sometimes the elevators in Royal Tower get stuck or take forever, but usually, it’s fine. Our team is a mix of younger kids and older guys who have been doing this for decades. We don’t have a big mission statement or any corporate slogans; we just go where we are needed and fix things or clean up. It’s practical work and it keeps us on our toes. Most days are spent on the move, checking on different sites or talking to the crew. We’re just a regular local business trying to do a good job.
