Our office for Tirupati Balaji Global Security Services Pvt Ltd is located at L 107 in the Mega Centre, over in Magarpatta, Hadapsar. It’s a big building, so it took us a little while to get settled in, but we’ve been here for a good stretch now. We provide security personnel for businesses and residential complexes around the Hadapsar area. It’s a fast-growing part of the city, so there’s always a need for more boots on the ground. We don't do anything too fancy. We just hire decent people, give them a uniform, and make sure they know their post. Most of our day is spent coordinating shifts and checking in on our guards to make sure they have what they need. It can be a bit stressful when someone calls out sick, but we always find a way to cover the spot. We aren't a giant global firm, despite the name; we’re just local folks who know how to manage a security team. We don’t use flashy advertisements or try to sell people things they don’t need. If you have a building that needs a night watchman or a front desk person, we can usually help you out. We try to keep our rates fair and our communication simple. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time here in the Mega Centre.
