Checkmate Services Pvt Ltd has been operating out of Parmar Park on Baner Road for quite some time. We are specifically over in Wing H, taking up Plot No- 101-104. It’s a decent space in Wanorie, enough room for us to manage the different teams we have out in the field. Running a service like this means there is never a dull moment. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking in with our staff at different locations. It’s mostly about making sure things are running smooth and everyone is where they need to be. We aren't big on fancy office decor or anything. The desks are usually covered in schedules and old coffee mugs. We started this because we knew the area and saw that businesses needed reliable help. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the traffic on Baner Road makes it hard for people to get to the office, but we manage. We’ve got a small group of people in the office who handle the payroll and the hiring. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. We try to keep things simple. If there is a problem at a site, we go out and look at it ourselves. It is a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we know them pretty well. It’s just a regular business doing regular work every day and staying busy.
