Manpower Security Consultants is located at Plot No-F/112 in the Mega Centre on Pune Solapur Road. Hadapsar is a busy area and the Mega Centre is quite large, so it took us a while to get settled in. We spend our days here trying to find the right people for security jobs. It is mostly a lot of interviewing and checking people's backgrounds. The office is quite simple, just some metal desks and chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a clock that is a few minutes fast. It can get pretty busy on the Solapur Road, and you can see all the trucks going by from our window. We don't use any slick marketing talk or big slogans. We just talk to the people who walk through the door and try to see if they are a good fit. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different companies. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have a laugh over tea, but mostly we are just busy with the files. Hadapsar has grown a lot since we moved here, and we are just trying to keep up with all the changes. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. We just do what we can to keep everything moving.
