You can find us in the Chakan MIDC industrial area, specifically near the Altera company around Kharadi Wadi. This whole part of Pune is basically one big industrial zone, and we’re right in the middle of it. I-Stron India operates out of a functional unit where we do most of our assembly and testing. The roads around here are always full of heavy trucks and dust, which is just life in an MIDC. Our building is a simple structure designed to house our tools and the parts we work with every day. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. Usually, if the phone rings, one of the guys wipes their hands and picks it up. The work we do is technical, but we talk about it in plain terms. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, seeing other factories come and go. Inside, it’s all about the workflow—moving parts from one station to the next until the job is finished. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where work gets done. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the area a bit of a mess, but we keep the operations going regardless. We value the guys who show up and put in the hours on the floor. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on the task at hand and try to stay on schedule.
