We are based out of Wakad, specifically at Patil Estate on the Aundh-Hinjewadi Road. It's a spot that gets a lot of traffic because of all the IT buildings nearby. Our office is at Sr. No. 46/7. It’s a decent place to work from. We’ve been here in the Wakad area for some time now. Dealing with facility stuff keeps us pretty occupied most days. Some days are long, but that’s just how this business goes. Aegis Facility And Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is the full name on our paperwork, but most people just know us from around the neighborhood. We aren't big on slogans or anything like that. Just a group of people making sure things run like they should for the buildings we look after. The commute on the Hinjewadi road can be a pain sometimes, but being central helps us get to different sites quickly. It’s a practical location. We keep our schedules tight. Sometimes it gets hectic, especially on Monday mornings. But we handle it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and files mostly. We prefer it that way. No need for extra fluff or fancy decor. If you know the Patil Estate area, you've probably seen us around. We just do the work and go home. That’s the reality of it.
