Checkmate Facility

You can find us over at Survey No - 110/111 on Baner Road. We are directly across from Supriya Classic and pretty close to the Sadanand Hotel. Most people use the hotel as a landmark when they are trying to find our gate. At Checkmate Facility, we spend most of our time coordinating things. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure people are where they need to be. The office is a bit of a hub for our field staff. They come in to report, pick up their schedules, or just have a quick chat before heading out again. It’s not a quiet place. There is always someone walking in with a question or a clipboard. We have a few desks pushed together and a whiteboard that is usually covered in scribbles that only we can understand. Baner Road has changed a lot since we started here, with new buildings going up all the time. We just keep doing our thing regardless of the construction noise outside. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know how to manage facilities and keep things running smoothly for the people who rely on us. It’s hard work, and sometimes things get messy, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a very practical way of living and working.
