S. S. Manpower

Our office is at No. 42/1, right near Jai Ganesh Vision in Ambedkar Nagar, Akurdi. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot going on all the time. We handle manpower, which is just a way of saying we help find workers for various jobs. Most of the time, we are connecting people with local businesses or construction sites that need an extra hand. It is not complicated, but it takes a lot of talking to people. We spend our mornings meeting guys looking for work and our afternoons calling around to see who needs help. Akurdi has so many factories and small shops, so there is usually something to do. We have been at this location for a while, and folks around here know the door is usually open. We do not have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to make sure the people we send out are doing okay and that the jobs get finished. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains and the outdoor work stops, but we manage. It is a small operation, really. Just a few of us sitting in the office near Jai Ganesh Vision, keeping track of names and phone numbers. We do not use any fancy systems, just our own way of doing things that has worked for us so far. It is just basic work for basic needs and we hope to keep it that way. If someone needs help for a day or a week, they know we are here.
