Kadam Industries

Out here in Baramati at the Krushnakunj Society things move at a different pace than the city. We are located at Plot No B48 right in the Pandare Midc section which is easy to find if you are driving down the Nira Baramati Road. Kadam Industries is the name we put on the paperwork but mostly it's just a workshop where we spend our time. The road gets quite dusty when the trucks go past so we have to wipe down the tables pretty much every single morning before we can start. It is a decent sized plot and we have enough room for the equipment we need right now. I remember when we first moved in there was nothing but empty land around us and now there are sheds popping up everywhere. We usually keep the big front doors open to let the air circulate because it gets stuffy inside with the machines running. It is not a corporate office with fancy carpets or anything like that. We have some plastic chairs and a calendar on the wall that is two months behind sometimes. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them done before the sun sets too low. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way because it keeps things straightforward for everyone involved in the work.
