We are located at C 1/6 Bramha Baug on B T Kawade Road in the Ghorpadi area of Pune. Our office isn't situated in one of those shiny high-rise buildings downtown; we are more tucked into the neighborhood here among the local houses and shops. We handle various property services, which means we spend a lot of our time looking at different buildings, dealing with maintenance issues, and talking to either tenants or property owners. It involves a lot of daily legwork and driving around the city. Sometimes you will find us in the office catching up on paperwork or answering emails, but more often than not, we are out and about visiting sites in different parts of Pune. The property market around here is always changing, so there is always something new to keep us busy and on our toes. We are not trying to sell you anything fancy or overpriced. We just make sure that the properties we look after are kept in good shape and that all the necessary paperwork is handled correctly for everyone involved. The office at Bramha Baug is where we coordinate everything for the day. It is a simple setup with just a few desks and a lot of printed maps and site plans hanging on the walls. We have been at this address for a while now, so we know the local Ghorpadi community and the streets around B T Kawade Road very well.
