If you know the Badheri market in Aundh, then you probably know where we are. We are right there in Sector 41 D. It’s a busy market area, especially on the weekends when everyone is out buying their groceries for the week. Our shop, Jay Tuljabhavani, is just a regular spot among many others. The mornings start really early for us, way before most people are even awake. we have to get everything ready and cleaned up before the first customers show up around seven or eight. It’s a lot of manual work, and it can get pretty tiring standing on your feet all day long. The market is always loud with people bargaining and scooters zooming past the narrow lanes. We know most of the regulars by name now since they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s just how it is in a place like Aundh. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. Just the counter and the tools we use every day. Sometimes the heat is a bit much, but we have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving. Dealing with fresh stock every day is a big task, and we don't really take many breaks. It’s a simple life, just running the shop and making sure we have enough for the evening rush. We aren't trying to be anything big, just a local market shop doing its thing.
