Our office is out in Mahadeonagar, part of the Chaitanya Colony in Pune. Jasubhai Media Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a bit now, and it’s a quiet area compared to the city center. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can hear birds in the morning instead of just buses and horns. The building is simple, and we occupy a space that feels more like a house than a corporate headquarters. We have some sturdy wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they’re comfortable enough for a long day. The light comes in nicely through the windows in the afternoon, which helps keep the mood up. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive artwork on the walls. Mostly, we just have shelves full of old files and some reference books we use for work. There’s a small porch area where we sometimes stand to get some air or talk about things that aren't related to work. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to be too loud when we’re leaving in the evening. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don’t have a receptionist to greet you; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s an easygoing environment where we focus on our tasks without much fuss or drama. It works well for our team.
