We've been at Gultekdi for a while now. Specifically at 530/531 in Market Yard. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in and out all day. We handle food products here. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Most of the time we're busy sorting through stock or checking orders. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in the yard. We started small and just kept going. Dealing with food means you have to be careful with storage. We spend a lot of time making sure things are where they should be. It’s a lot of physical work. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment arrives, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what people need. If you come by, you’ll see us mostly in our work clothes. It’s dusty around here. People know us as Jairaj Adi Global Food Products Llp. We’ve known the neighbors for years. It’s a community of sellers and buyers. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door helps out. We just keep our heads down and keep moving. The Market Yard has its own rhythm and we are just a part of that daily cycle. The morning starts early here. We arrive before the sun is up for the paperwork. Sometimes the tea stall is the only thing open. We grab a cup and start. It's a lot of tracking boxes.
