Jai Gopal Devki Nandan Kapoors

We are located in Pune, and we’ve been operating here under the name Jai Gopal Devki Nandan Kapoors for a long time. It’s a family-style business, though we have a few extra hands to help out now. We don't have a specific big office building; we just work out of our space here in the city. Pune is a great place to be, though the traffic has definitely gotten worse over the years. We spend our days handling various trade and business matters. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to people who come by. We don't use a lot of fancy technology. A lot of what we do is still based on personal connections and keeping our word. We aren't trying to expand into some massive corporation. We just like doing what we do and serving the people who come to us. Our space is usually full of files and there is always a pot of tea going. We don't have a mission statement or a slogan. We just show up every morning and get to work. Sometimes it is busy and sometimes it is quiet. We know most of our regular visitors by name. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, and it works for us. We aren't really interested in being modern or flashy. We just want to do our job well and stay part of the Pune community. It is a simple life and it keeps us occupied throughout the week.
