We operate out of Wanoworie and also have a spot on J M Road in Shivaji Nagar, number 7. It’s a bit of a distance between the two, so we spend a lot of time driving back and forth. J M Road is always packed with people and shops. Our workspace there is mostly used for storing the event supplies. We have crates of decorations and stacks of carpets. They get pretty dirty, so we spend time cleaning them. We do all sorts of events, which means we never really know what the next week will look like. One day we are setting up a stage, and the next we are just moving chairs. It’s physical work. We wear old clothes because they always get stained or torn. The team is small, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People usually find us because they saw us working somewhere else. We just do our bit and go home. Sometimes the setups take all night, and we’re drinking tea at 3 AM just to stay awake. It can be exhausting. Wanoworie is a bit quieter, which is nice when we need to do some office work. We don't really have a set philosophy. We just show up where we are supposed to be and get the equipment ready. That is how the business has run for a long time.
