Invents Media & Communication Pvt Ltd is up on the third floor, Suite 301, in the Ashtavinayak Society. We are located on Bhakti Mandir Road in Panchpakhadi, which is a fairly well-known part of Thane West. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix, so you see all sorts of people coming and going. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit all the equipment we need to run things. The walls are a plain white, and we’ve got some old calendars hanging up. It’s the kind of place where things are a bit cluttered because we’re always busy with something new. The commute for most of us isn't too bad, though Thane traffic is always a bit of a gamble in the evenings. From the balcony, you can see the rooftops of the nearby houses and the trees lining the road. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every hour, so sometimes there are stacks of magazines or boxes in the corners. It feels like a real workspace where people actually do things. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to keep the energy up. It’s a comfortable spot to spend the day, and we know all the other shop owners in the society. It’s just a normal office in a normal building, doing what we know how to do for the people in Thane.
